Day 1 of Fast & Juicy update
So here we are at the end of day one of the Fast & Juicy
Juice Cleanse. There were only a couple of people on the Q&A conference call
tonight but it is New Years Day so I wasn’t expecting for many to call in. I
hope that means everyone is OK with the cleanse so far. I myself had a pretty
easy1st day. I slept really late today letting half the day go by without any
juice or water as I was still getting some well needed sleep. It is the first
time in weeks I have had a chance to get some real sleep time in as I have been
up late every night preparing this program for you all.
Part of doing a cleanse is allowing the cleanse to happen. If you are too
active and in control of your body with focused activity or you are too
stressed and tense you body stays tight and cannot relax. A peaceful relaxed
state is necessary for the body to release toxicity and let loose of debris. So
during a cleanse such as Fast & Juicy give yourself plenty of rest time, do
relaxing things; get a message, take long candle lit baths, drink relaxing herb
teas to peaceful music. Meditation and yoga are also helpful. Clearing your
head and find yourself comfortable with detaching. This helps not only with
detachment from food but from things we also know we need to let go of.
Emotional cleansing can happen during a cleanse and stir up emotions unexpectedly.
So be prepared to recognize them as signal of sorts; an alarm to let you know
that this has been nestled in your psyche and need to be let go of. See it coming,
give it acknowledgment and let it go. It has no use to you so get rid of it.
So get you rest, you are not only cleansing your body but your mind and spirit
as well.
