I have soo much new stuff to share an teach. I will be creating and teach stuff way way beyond what any other "raw food chefs" are doing. I grantee no one has even thought of doing what I am doing let alone been able to figure out haw to do it. I have been 2 steeps ahead of all the others sense the binning and now I am 2 more steps ahead that is if any one else even thinks of doing what I am about to do. I am literally blowing the doors wide open and raw food will never be the same, just as it has sense Quintessence opened its doors 10 years ago. Fofu (fake raw tofu) - soft breads, Silky custards, Veggie loafs, Veggie breads, eggless Benedict and eggs-less Florentine brunches with Hollandaises Sauce, seven layer pancake and cream cakes, Walnut Banana Bread... And there is more to come!
