Well I wanted to do this recipe but I dint have yellow squash, so I used a butternut squash and I dint have cashews so I used Pecans and it tastes amazing.... just to let you know.....

Hi Dan,
I made the rice pudding and I loved it. I added cardamom seeds (not the whole pod) to the cashew creme to give it an Indian influence - crazy good!

Hey Ronn thanks for the comment!
I don't really measure this. If you fill the water to the same level as the nuts it makes the perfect consistence for the cream. The sweetness and Vanilla is up to you.
off the top of my head -
1 cup cashew
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp sea salt
sweeten with 1 to 2 tbsp honey depending an how sweet you want it.
