Raw Chef Dan: Full page spread in Madrid

I did an interesting interview yesterday and woke up
today to a full page spread in Madrid's El Mundo the cities daily paper!
How cool is that.

I am here opening Europs first all raw food restaurante!. Thsi is going to be really good!
